Original Cannondale brake adapter for flat mount frames including Scalpel Si, Habit, Bad Habit, Beast of the East, F-Si Alloy, and others. Adapts a standard 74mm brake caliper to flat mount frames when running a 180mm rotor.
Kit includes adapter, a pair of 25mm bolts to mount the adapter to the frame and a pair of 34mm and a pair of 38mm caliper mounting bolts.
